Our Purpose

Human Resource Services exists to support the people who make Gulf States Conference ministries possible. We serve employees across our churches, schools, and communities by providing guidance, resources, and practical support—so teams can focus on serving others with excellence.

Our office develops and coordinates employment policies and programs including hiring and placement, wage and salary administration, onboarding, training, and employee benefits. We are committed to protecting employee interests, supporting organizational needs, and ensuring alignment with Seventh-day Adventist values, denominational policy, and applicable government regulations.

We also help oversee employment processes such as hiring, workplace matters, and separations. Our goal is to promote a healthy, respectful, and constructive workplace culture—where employees feel supported, valued, and equipped to grow and succeed.
