Youth and young adults from across the Gulf States Conference gathered October 30–November 1 at Cherokee Rock Village near Leesburg, Alabama, for the annual Youth Invitational. The weekend combined rock climbing, rappelling, and hiking with worship and fellowship.
Coordinated by Bob Hill and Gregg Myers, the gathering offered participants opportunities to explore the outdoors, build friendships, and spend time with God.
“It’s always good to see our youth and young adults come together for this weekend,” said Elizabeth Rodriguez, Youth Department assistant director. “We get to enjoy God’s creation, spend time with Him, and enjoy being together.”
Beyond the climbing, the weekend provided a welcome break from everyday routines and time to connect through shared adventure and faith.
