Health Ministries Department

The Health Ministries Department has taken steps to broaden the scope of opportunities for local church outreach.  New resources and materials have been purchased to be utilized by any church who wishes to be involved in a health outreach.  The Health Evangelism Council was created in January 2001, to guide the department in the direction it should go.  The conference has been divided into five geographical regions and local coordinators will be identified and asked to lead out in their areas.  These regional coordinators will be the contact person for churches interested in planning cooking schools, health seminars and other department-related programs.

The Conference Regions are:

• North Alabama

• South Alabama

• North Mississippi

• South Mississippi

• Northwest Florida
